Excellent read! I couldn’t put the book down, I read the entire book in under 24 hours, it was a page turner! The storytelling was amazing and kept me intrigued and wanting to read more. I used to love reading but life tragedies paused my healthy habits and this book made meme realize how much I missed reading!!
This was my first thriller after getting back into reading and it truly did not disappoint. The chapters were short, yet packed with twists and turns. It was incredibly hard to put down because you just have to know what happens next!! I have not read the other two books in this series but I may eventually do so. I have, however, read The Tenant by Freida and it was fantastic. She is truly a talented writer.
This was a great read! Read it within two days and it would have been sooner but had to take care of the family lol. Anyway I liked how it had me guessing and I was wrong at what the ending would be. Kept me interested and I thought it ended well.
I’m not much of a reader and am looking for more books to get in to, I could NOT put this book down. I read the entire thing on my 4 hour flight and am starting the second one now!!
This is the first time I read a book by Freida McFadden and now Iam hooked! Every time I thought I had figured the story line out there was an unexpected twist and unpredictable ending! If you enjoy thrillers, you are in for a real treat. This is the first of a series of 3. Follow this one by reading “The Housemaid’s Secret” and then “The Housemaid Is Watching.” I just finished another novel by McFadden called “The Inmate.” Loved that one as well!
