Return Policy

At Aveson, we want you to love your purchase.  But if it's not quite right, we're here to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 calendar days of delivery for a refund in the amount of the original purchase price, plus any taxes paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. If the original form of payment is no longer available, we'll provide an electronic gift card instead.

For all returns, the customer covers the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured and traceable return method, as Aveson cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

If an order arrives with an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, contact customer service within 21 calendar days so that we can make it right. Our desire is for each customer to be completely satisfied!

Items that are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used products
  • Toys
  • Stationary, pens, or other writing supplies
  • Digital content
  • Shrink-wrapped or sealed items that have been opened or removed from original packaging (unless defective)
  • Defective items may be exchanged for the same product
