Please note that orders can take up to 3 business days to process before they are shipped. Expedited or Priority shipping options selected do not include processing time. If an order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by visiting your customer account. If the order has been processed, you can initiate a return if the eligibility requirements specified in the Return Policy page are met.

At checkout, the following shipping options will be presented:

• $6.95 - Standard Shipping (3-8 business days, plus handling)
• $10.95 - Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days, plus handling)
• $16.95 - USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days, plus handling)

Additionally:

• Annual Members receive free standard shipping on all orders.
• Monthly Members receive free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
• All orders over $75 receive free standard shipping.
