2. Monthly Memberships are billed monthly on the day of the month when the membership started.

3. Annual Memberships are billed annually on the date when the membership started.

4. Memberships discounts exclude sale items and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. 10% discount does not apply to: sale items; gift cards; digital content; audiobooks; electronics, including hardware and software; shipping; taxes; and membership renewals.
