Adam Met is one of the amazingly brilliant members of the band AJR. Their music has brought me back to life many days when I felt like the gray may just take over forever. The way the make their music and out their heart and sould into every beat is like nothing I've heard or felt from one singular band! So I knew I had to pre-order Adam's book as soon as I saw it available because I respect him as an artist and wanted to share in another one of his artist outlets.
I love Adam and AJR so much 🥹
Fantastic book, would recommend over and over!
Fun to read. Chock full of concrete examples and good ideas, too. Highly recommend.
