Creating a new House of Magic is hard work. Aria knew she had a tall task ahead of her, cleaning up the mess her family had made in the Nine Realms, but nothing could have prepared her for the horrors that awaited within the Nine Realms.
Dark magic has taken hold of the lands as Aria finds herself in the middle of an ongoing war while playing cat and mouse with Knox, who hunts her relentlessly. To make matters worse, Aria's creature has grown impatient and is doing everything she can to get back to the monster within Knox, even knowing that Aria's heart is on the line.Β
How far will Aria go to protect those she loves from Knox's wrath? How long can she evade the man stalking her every waking hour as her body and mind fight against the growing need for him to claim her? Can she break the curse that has plagued the Hecate bloodline for over 500 years while protecting her heart? Maybe the answers lie with the mysterious silver-haired men that have come to Aria's aid, or perhaps they are just like everyone else wanting to kill or claim her, realizing she is the key to winning the war.
Aria intends to bring the Nine Realms and the male stalking her to their knees in this fast-paced, action-packed, and sexy epic fantasy adventure. Action packed epic fantasy that will leave you breathless, and cheering on the underdog.

The spice level is a five throughout the whole book get ready to drool be frustrated and vengeance! Definitely worth the read
Ive been loving this series. Book one immediately made me buy the rest of the series. Book two had so many typos it irritated me. π΅βπ« I hope the rest of the series isnβt like that. I love aria & want to see how the story plays out. π«Άπ»
So I still like this book. It was somewhat confusing though. There were many moments where it felt like a lot of time had passed, and I was trying to catch up to what was going on. Once closer to the end, I was able to keep up and enjoy the book more.
Good series, has a lot of different elements and spicy scenes to keep you intrigued. Only complaint is that sometimes the storyline can feel a little drawn out with some backwards character development that makes it very hard to know who to route for. World building is drawn out throughout the series which I didnβt like at first but since the MC is also new to the realm it actually helped make it more relatable to what she was going through.
Review: Ashes of ChaosStars: βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈSpice: πΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈAshes of Chaos throws Aria, our heroine, headfirst into a world teetering on the brink. The task of rebuilding the House of Magic is no small feat, and the looming threat of dark magic adds another layer of urgency to her mission. Aria finds herself caught in a war, playing a dangerous game of cat and mouse with Knox, the relentless hunter. The story shines in its high-octane moments. The pacing is breakneck at the beginning and end, filled with action that will leave you breathless. However, the middle section suffers from uneven pacing. The constant chase between Knox and Aria, while initially thrilling, becomes a bit repetitive at times. What truly keeps the pages turning is the simmering tension between Aria and Knox. The slow burn is masterfully crafted, building anticipation until the inevitable moment when things finally ignite. Let me tell you, when the spice hits, it hits hard! This novel also delivers long-awaited answers about Aria's past and lineage. We finally get hints about who she might be and the significance of her role in the larger conflict. However, the story cleverly leaves enough mysteries unresolved to keep you desperately wanting the next installment. And let's not forget the cliffhanger!Overall, Ashes of Chaos is a thrilling and sexy adventure with a captivating central romance. While the uneven pacing in the middle section might cause a slight stumble, the strong beginning and end, combined with the promise of future revelations, make this a highly enjoyable read. Just be prepared to be left wanting more!
