I’d never heard of her but now I’m her biggest fan. I actually read this during the day, when I should have been working. John and Beth are great characters, the story is compelling and the way it ends is positively amazing!!!
It was a Slow start but when it got started, it was a fast and heart stopping read. I really enjoyed Blood Moon.

Sandra Brown is an amazing, prolific writer with good characters and unique storylines. A series of young women are disappearing during “Blood Moons.” Jaded police detective Jack and true crime documentarian Beth have their hands full finding a killer in the backwoods of Louisiana.
Excellent read with a surprise ending. Characters are vivid, and the mysterious inclusion of the blood moon and numerology add a certain mystic to a crime story.

Simply a fabulous storyline with unforgettable characters. The hunky hero is portrayed so well with a hot, sexy bod and attitude that this reader thinks Sandra Brown may have been a magical matchmaker in another life because he is the guy in my dreams. Enough said but try it, if you like a good romantic thriller then I recommend this one for you!

Great quick read. Nice way to spend a few vacation days. OFf to the next Brown adventure! As this is my second one this week.
Brown will rope you in to this story immediately. Excellent characters and story. The evil in some people is unimaginable to normal folks. But, sociopaths don’t think like a normal person. Disillusioned, scarred, and angry cop. A production assistant who is determined to find out the truth. A sociopath who worships Luna. All these elements combine to make a compelling, powerful story that will keep you reading. Excellent story by Brown. She is a fabulous author.
Another great plot line, intrigue and romance. I really enjoyed reading this book. She is one of my favorite authors.

Fun book with plenty of action and interesting characters. A good mystery satisfying resolved. A great read, good way to spend an afternoon.
There was a lot of twists and turns that I didn't see coming. She did a great job of making the book exciting right to the last chapter. I would suggest this book to anyone who enjoys mystery and love.
My first SB novel was Charade in 1995. I still remember the heart-racing, can’t put it down, all the twists and turns, need to get to the finish line feel of that story. I came to expect that same writing style through all of SB’s books I’ve read over the course of the last 30 years. The majority were hits; very few misses. Blood Moon was a very satisfying read, but lacked the heart-racing aspect and it took me some time to finish due to that absence. I enjoyed the storyline, the working/turned romantic relationship between the two protagonists, the didn’t see that coming aspect, and the satisfying result. It wasn’t, for my taste, one of the best I’ve read, but it definitely is one that should be read if you enjoy SB novels or thrillers.
3.5 stars rounded up. This was an interesting book. I enjoyed the two main characters and their chemistry. I liked the friendship between John and Mitch. I liked the suspense, but there was one plot point towards the end that I didn't like. (Won't mention so there are no spoilers)
Fast read and typical S. Brown, interesting concept and just enough boy meets girl to keep the story interesting. Can’t read to many of these but once is a while a great way to spend a day.
