Probably one of my favorite Tessa Bailey books! This book had me laughing out loud. It also has spice to it! Definitely recommend! Couldn’t put it down.
Hilarious. This one had me dying at their banter and her crazy antics.
I really enjoyed this book! This is the first story I've read where diabetes was a primary plot point, as well as hard topics associated with it, but it was handled beautifully. I enjoyed how (almost) nothing could bring down the sunshine that is Josephine and her shine dulled Wells' grumpy. Sunshine/Grumpy is always a fun trope :-) Josephine is dedicated and Wells' is giving up. The combo was almost opposites attract as well and I ate it up. Oh and if you like spice, you're in the right place!
I found this to be a charming start to the series. This was my first Tessa Bailey book, and I look forward to reading the rest of the series before exploring her other works.
This is my first Tessa Bailey book. But it certainly won't be my last. I'm 81 and am the care giver for my 82-year-old hubby. But I still enjoy reading (print only) rom coms and rom suspense. I just skip over the real raunchy parts. I don't need that at my age. But I truly enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading the rest of the series. If you like sports, you'll love this one. Lots of laughs, too. We can use some happy things now.
