Six friends head out for Spring Break in an RV, essentially because one of the team can’t afford to fly to the beach like the rest of their senior class. But the friends think of it as an adventure. That is until they are off course, broke down in a forest with no cell service and a sharp shooter who is intent on killing one of them. The one he tells them has a secret that can save the rest. Good story. I kind of had an inkling who the shooter was after, but didn’t catch the reasoning until the bitter end.
Almost DNFed because the MC was so negative and aloof, but i had to read to the end because I'm not a quitter and wanted to know if I was right. I guessed the twists right and the action made the MC more bearable.What's crazy is a friend told me to read this and said it was horror. Boy oh boy that was a lie.
Great plot that will keep you guessing. The ending is a little bit shady but you’ll enjoy the narrative.
This was such a gripping book, it had me 100% hooked by page 20. I loved watching everything unfold and liked how there wasn't any big info dumps or anything like that at all. The pacing was great, and the ending had me shaken.
