This book was pretty disappointing. To begin with, I'm fairly certain that at least 75% of the book was AI-written without any real new thoughts. There were some relevant (modern) examples of companies adopting AI, but outside of that, everything was very formulaic writing.The biggest thing that got me, though, was that you could have replaced "AI" with nearly any other technology, and the advice would be the same. I gave it 2 stars because I'm sure there's some value here for someone who has never heard of AI/LLMs.If you are a technology leader, do NOT spend the time reading this book. You won't learn anything.
The book offers general information about AI, but I didn't find it as practical as I had expected when I purchase thus book
Very well written and easy to read in one go. Unfortunately, it is far too repetitive and the entire content could possibly be summarized in two pages. Much of this is common sense and as someone new to GenAI myself, I did not feel like I learned anything new.
The content might be useful for someone who is a complete novice but if you’ve had even minimal exposure to the considerations surrounding generative AI, this book won’t give you much additional information.
