NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series continues with this "engrossing" novel (USA Today) as brilliant hacker Lisbeth Salander teams up with journalist Mikael Blomkvist to uncover the secrets of her childhood and take revenge. - Also known as the Millennium series
Lisbeth Salander--obstinate outsider, volatile seeker of justice for herself and others--seizes on a chance to unearth her mysterious past once and for all. And she will let nothing stop her--not the Islamists she enrages by rescuing a young woman from their brutality; not the prison gang leader who passes a death sentence on her; not the deadly reach of her long-lost twin sister, Camilla; and not the people who will do anything to keep buried knowledge of a sinister pseudoscientific experiment known only as The Registry. Once again, Lisbeth Salander and Mikael Blomkvist are the fierce heart of a thrilling full-tilt novel that takes on some of the world's most insidious problems.

This is an incredible novel I devoured it in just over a day Lisbeth Salander is one of my favorite characters of all time I'm so glad the authors that have taken over for Stieg Larson have done such a fantastic job of continuing her story of protecting the underdogs and oppressed people who need help great character's and story lines I couldn't put it down I highly recommend this book
While this is a good read and an interesting continuation to Steig Larsson's Lisbeth Salander series, it just doesn't have the same connection with the usual characters, or the same back build for new characters. Simply put, it just isn't quite as good as Steig's books. But neither is it awful.
Yet another amazingly written story in the Lisbeth Salander Saga — Highly Recommend! This is actually my second time reading through the series of books in the Lisbeth Salander saga because I really appreciate the depths of truths in these books that apply so significantly to those of us who have had a very hard path in life inflicted by the violence and tyranny of evil human beings. It’s a genuinely beautiful thing to witness those of us who find true strength in adversity against such evil adversaries and rise above them as they absolutely deserve to…Just as Lisbeth does again and again throughout the series no matter what hellish nightmare is thrown her way. It’s uplifting, inspiring and though her path is unusual compared to those with easy, seemingly normal lives who don’t know such hellish nightmares the very things that make her different make her strong and resilient and truly a force to be reckoned with. I highly recommend the entire series to anyone. I only wish the director(s) and producer(s) who did the first American version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo movie would consider turning the entire rest of the book series into American made movies with the same actors Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara who were outstanding in depicting the series with the honor and truths it should be relaying in Lisbeth’s character and unwavering strength to overcome the adversity that could’ve easily destroyed any other far weaker human being. Many applause!
The girl with the dragon tattoo does it again. All the twists and turns made this a novel I could not put down. I was lost sometimes with all the Swedish turns and cities, but I let my imagination get me back on track. Very well written and just amazing.
Lagercrantz has picked up where Stieg Larsson left off. Like playing a Jimi Hendrix solo it sounds great but it's not an original creation. But I wanted a page Turner this, fit the bill.
