Heartsong is the third book in the Green Creek Series, the beloved fantasy romance sensation by New York Times bestselling author TJ Klune, about love, loyalty, betrayal, and family.
"Complex and startling... Green Creek is the perfect setting." --Charlaine Harris
The Bennett family has a secret: They're not just a family, they're a pack. Heartsong is Robbie Fontaine's story.
All Robbie Fontaine ever wanted was a place to belong. After the death of his mother, he has bounced around from pack to pack, forming temporary bonds to keep from turning feral.
It's enough--until he receives a summons from the wolf stronghold in Caswell, Maine. Life as the trusted second to Michelle Hughes--the Alpha of all--and the cherished friend of a gentle old witch teaches Robbie what it means to be pack, to have a home. But when a mission from Michelle sends Robbie into the field, he finds himself questioning where he belongs and everything he's been told.
Whispers of traitorous wolves and wild magic abound--but who are the traitors and who the betrayed? More than anything, Robbie hungers for answers, because one of those alleged traitors is Kelly Bennett, the wolf who may be his mate.
The truth has a way of coming out. And when it does, Robbie will learn that packs and homes can disappear in an instant.
The Green Creek Series is for adult readers.

Bought these for my kids to read..... not kid material. But I enjoyed reading them! I love supporting TJ Klune and all of his books have been great!
This third in the Green Creek series continues with the story of yet another member of the Bennet pact. Never dull, Clune again knocks it out of the park. Gay romance drives this series, but the reader is soon to realize that love is love, no matter the sex of the lovers. I am 81 years old, and at the end of this I’m ready to sign up to run with a pack at the next full moon!
I have been burning through these books the last few days and loving them. However, I get frustrated when certain characters seem to forget/ignore major things collectively.****spoiler alert****They all know that children are being used to attack packs. They go to Maine and are attacked by children, never once having discussed how they would deal with it??? They had like 30 hours in a car to talk about this.Same with the trigger words for Robbie. There was no plan to block him out? Just will power?
So I read the first two books in this series many many years ago, and for whatever reasons never got to the third and fourth books. I think it was because I wasn’t as invested in learning Kelly and Robbie‘s story. But I’m glad I’m reading it now. It was a lovely story. Sweet and terrible and sad. The Bennett pack is just so much fun, even with all the terrible horrible things that happened to them TJ Klune gives this wolf pack lovely wonderful moments of family, happiness and humor.I’m so glad I finally read the story .
I didn’t even LIKE Robbie but this book was so heart wrenching and now I love him. No one warned me how badly this series would hurt me🥲
