I absolutely love Holly Renee, and seeing these books re-release in a gorgeous new edition to the world is amazing! This was the series that got me hooked on this author, and I still re-read it often. I need Dacre in my life, please and thank you.

Y’all, I am in the worst reading slump of my life, and with how heavy my heart is this week, this took me a little longer than normal to get through.However,This flowed perfectly from the first book!The continuation is so good. It’s so easy to get through and shadow daddy Evren, with his loud dominance? Give me 2 of him, please!The plot continues in a smooth way, and the build up of Adara’s complex feelings for being Starblessed, for her feelings of her mate, for the lies she’s been told her whole life… it was fun to go on that journey with her.The plot twist at the end?! Ugh.I can’t wait to read the next one!
I loved this series and I’m so glad it got a special edition! However, my book has a strange black line through the sprayed edges, and the circle design does not match my special edition copy of the first in the series. My book also arrived bent at an awkward angle which is annoying for a SPECIAL edition as someone who’s likes to keep book trophies of books I enjoyed. Amazon packages the book in what is essentially a cardboard envelope and it does not protect the book.
i’m gonna be honest i didn’t really like the first book but i was already invested and wanted to keep reading and this book was a lot better than the first. i feel like the story started with this one and the ending was a pretty perfect cliffhanger i personally didnt see coming (for the most part) i hope the other books stay like the second half of this one
Loved the first book, but I feel as if there were too many of the content in the second. Would love it if it’d followed the plot line a little bit more. Overall, good series so far.. waiting for my 3rd book to come.
