I just wanted to scream at how stubborn Alexis was. She was not willing to just tell Daniel the truth off the bat. It seriously gave me anxiety because I could see they belong together.
The book is deep and emotional. It tells a story or two souls that were meant to be together. Two souls that came from very different lives. However one of my favorite things about the book that seemed so small at first, was that it went back and forth between the two main characters and it really allowed to see the two on the deeper level. Overall a great book.

Light reading, but more than a shallow, fluff romance. Fun and funny Rom/Com. My first Abby Jimenez book, but won't be my last. I don't often read romance anymore, but now and then I need something a little lighter than mystery/thrillers or court room dramas, and this was really good for something different than my norm.
