Show no weakness. Yield no mercy.
Jade may have survived her wedding night in the ruthless kingdom of Rewyth, but her battle is far from over.
Thrown into yet another new world, Jade is forced to fight between her heart and her intuition as humans and fae pull her in opposite directions. Jade is no longer the only human in sight, yet she finds herself defending the fae more and more.
Malachi's life is thrown into a spiral as he learns more about his father's lies, his mother's secrets, and his wife's destiny. He is willing to protect Jade at all costs, even if she's in more danger with every passing day. Fighting his instincts as the Prince of Shadows, Malachi is forced to submit to human ruling, following his mother's plan to unite humans and fae and create peace in the human kingdom of Fearford.
Jade and Malachi's journey continues in Prince of Sins and Shadows as new enemies, ancient prophecies, and mythical creatures threaten them every step of the way. Will their bond defy the true nature of who they really are? Or will they succumb to the strong forces that pull them apart?

Book one was amazing, and I wanted to love this one, but the leading lady is annoying and bratty. Right when I thought she was maturing and becoming more open-minded, she started whining. I skipped most of the Jade chapters because even though she's the lead, she gets on my nerves, plus she really didn't bring any worth to the storyline except immaturity, brattiness, ignorance and disobedience.
I loved this second book in this series. With that being said, Jade was annoying and childish at times. Yes, she’s eighteen but she played victim and didn’t really listen to the MMC at times. Hopefully her character “matures” in the next 3 books! Everyone else has been developing nicely!!
Not bad if you just want a little distraction, but it’s got a lot of unlikeable characters. Tough to like any of them, really.
Amazing. My emotions are exhausted and I want more. Read if you want to be able to never take your eyes off this book series.
This book has war, love, betrayal, family issues, and so much more. I’m developing a soft spot for all the brothers, which broke my heart in this book. The magic is developing and I’m excited to see how that ends up. Esther is my absolute least favorite and that is saying something since I strongly disliked the king. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
