He's scorching-hot trouble wrapped up in a drool-worthy package. And he's looking at her like she might be his next meal.
Theo Silva. Rowdy bull rider. Notorious ladies' man. Winter Hamilton knows exactly what it means when he eyes her like that. But she's almost free of her toxic marriage and has sworn off men entirely. So all she sees when she looks back at Theo is temptation served up with a heaping side of heartbreak. The man is hard to trust--but, it turns out, even harder to resist.
Make that impossible. Because Theo is persistent. And no matter how hard Winter tries to freeze him out, he melts her icy exterior and pulls apart all her defenses. Over a drink in a small-town bar, she finds herself blurting out her deepest, darkest secrets. Then, she spends the singular hottest night of her life with the man she never thought she'd say yes to.
He worships her body. He makes her blush. She comes alive beneath his hands. Then she tells him to forget it ever happened. She wants simple, and with him it all feels complicated.
It was supposed to be a one-time thing. A secret.
But that little plus sign is going to make this secret impossible to keep.

This was literal perfection from start to finish. Theo and Winter now have one of the top spots on my favorite couples because WHAT WAS THAT 😭 It was SO good, so swoony, so precious
This is my third book in this series. Haven’t loved one. This writer has an amazing following but now I’ve come to the conclusion the stories lack the substance and depth of character I need in a romance. I especially disliked Winter. Theo was a fan favorite for a book boyfriend so I was anxious to read his story. I didn’t understand his obsession with Winter. I would not put him on my book boyfriend list. Tristan Miles has the top spot on my list. In my opinion Theo isn’t in the same league with Tristan. This is not a bad book. I believe I would have appreciated these stories in my 20s but I’m way beyond those years. I always require some spice but this was too much lust and not enough romance for me. I know I’m in the minority here so my advice is to read reviews.
I liked how everyone was held accountable for their actions and inaction presently and in the past. But in a way that was practical and they grew from the conversations. Plus Theo was totally swoon worthy every step of the way as he gave true love and support to Vivi and Winter.I also enjoyed the banter and deeper view into Winter and Summer's family dynamics growing up, without it totally eclipsing the story. Because this was all about Winter finding herself and family on her own terms, and learning to truly love for the first time.
Absolutely loved this book! Despite the mixed reviews on TikTok, Winter became the most relatable character for me—her guarded heart and trust issues hit home. And Theo? Hands down the best male lead of the series. His patience and quiet strength perfectly balance Winter’s walls. A must-read!
I love them, I love them, I love them!! Theo and Winter are absolutely adorable together and their little family with Vivi is so precious. The way Theo and Winter balance each other out, and how Theo shows Winter she is deserving of love and all good that happens is so swoony. And we he gets possessive and protective of “his girls”?! Everytime I melted alittle. This book gets all the stars and then some!!Tropes:Small TownGrumpy x SunshineSurprise PregnancyRedemptionSingle MomSpice starts at: 52%Spice:3/4Stars: 5/5 (all the stars!!)
