So many good recipes that my husband and I have enjoyed.
Cooked five recipes from this book so far, and not a single one has disappointed! I’m very pleased, this book is turning out to be exactly what I was looking for: a collection of very doable recipes that I can cook on a busy weeknight (without sacrificing nutrition or flavor). On top of that, I’ve really enjoyed Kylie’s insights that are interspersed throughout the book. A valuable addition to my cookbook collection!
I purchased this book because of her TikTok! I've tried several of her recipes, and thoroughly enjoyed them. I would just keep bookmarking or screenshotting recipes, but finally decided it was time to just purchase her cookbook. I've been very pleased so far with the recipes :D
I never review items, but this book has inspired me to do so almost 3 months after purchase. I noticed a reoccurring theme with most cookbooks I bought, which was that I would flip through the pages, realize most of the recipes were a bit too ambitious for me, and proceed to have the book collect dust for years to come. So Easy, So Good is not that sort of cookbook. The one-pot pasta page is coated in food because I’ve made the recipe so many times. The roasted chickpeas? Perfection. The lemony tuna quinoa my partner and I love- we just substitute it for chicken. Her honey sriracha tofu I never thought I’d rave about as much as I do, but it has turned me into a believer. Also, her Hawaiian inspired shrimp dish I will 100% be making again. And I STILL have to try her mason jar meals. If you want more delicious, easy (and healthy!) meals to throw into your rotation, this is the cookbook for you :)
Big fan of Kylie on her TikTok and her cookbook is fabulous. I have an unhealthy addiction collecting cookbooks and I use hers probably the most! You want nutrition facts from a board certified nutrition who also helps you store food and buy basic food groups? She’s your girl, this is the cookbook to get, brb while I devour my shoyu chicken thighs and marinated eggs.
