"Tia Williams is one of the very best romance writers we have. A forever auto-buy for me." - Taylor Jenkins Reid, New York Times bestselling author
New York Times bestselling author Tia Williams returns with an intensely romantic, deliciously sexy tale about a woman searching for her handsome seatmate on a European flight--and the unexpected places her hunt for love leads her.
Sasha Cruz knows types. As a booked-and-busy casting agent, she's always casting--at happy hour, the grocery store, everywhere. She's all about finding the perfect person to slot into the perfect role. What she doesn't do, however, is relationships. Too much energy, not enough time.
On a flight to Paris for work, a chance encounter with her type changes everything. Sasha's seated next to a broodingly attractive mystery man, and sparks fly--but they never exchange contact information. Convinced she's lost out on her soulmate, Sasha emails her work friend for help, but accidentally writes to the entire company worldwide! The international manhunt to find Seat F begins.
Meanwhile Sasha takes matters into her own hands. She hires a smoldering detective she knew in another lifetime--who complicates matters in unforeseen (and irresistible) ways.
With a worldwide search underway, will love take flight for Sasha?

This is a cute love story. The plot was ok. I’ve definitely enjoyed other books by this author much more than this one.
I have to start by saying, I absolutely love Tia’s style of writing! The colloquialisms she uses, the real, gritty way of speaking and using language — amazing! The characters are well-developed and so interesting. And the story! Ughhhh, I just loved this story! At first, you are ROOTING for this Missed Connection, I mean, absolutely going hard for it. And then, you’re introduced to a part of Sasha’s past and you’re IN for a ride! 10/10 recommend. No notes. Loveeeeee Tia down! 😩 also, knowing everything I know about Tia and how she uses her real aspects of her life to influence her stories and characters, I absolutely imagined Tia as Sasha in the story. And it totally worked for me! 👏🏾
The book itself was five stars but the condition it showed up in. I give it a 2. Because pages were bent and cover was dented but because I wasn’t able to take it to a return station I just kept it
Years after being stalked by a creep, Sasha Cruz is still dealing with anxiety and spends most of her time outside of work holed up in her home. But on a flight home from Paris, she spent hours talking to a handsome Italian stranger. She felt a connection she hadn’t felt in years. But as they were rushed off the flight, she lost him in the crowd without getting his name or number. In an excited and jet-lagged haze, she emails her work friend, telling her all about it, expressing her deep desire to find her mystery man. It’s not until the next morning that she discovers she accidentally emailed the entire company. She’s horrified, but her co-workers are elated. Everyone is anxious to help her find her possible soulmate. Once over her embarrassment, she starts her search in earnest and contacts the private investigator who helped her find and stop her stalker years earlier. It doesn’t hurt that he’s fine as hell and there might have been some unfinished business between the two of them. This sweet and spicy rom-com was a fun read. I especially liked the fun meet-cute stories from the co-workers as they help her in her search for Seat F. And while this was mostly a rom-com, there was a nice dash of mystery thrown in. Nicely done.Thank you, @tiawilliamswrites and @grandcentralpub, for my free advanced copy.
This was my first book by Tia Williams and I really enjoyed it. The pacing and the chemistry between the two main characters were chef's kissed. I didn't like the ending though; it felt rushed, especially compared to the rest of the pace. It was too abrupt, otherwise a good book!
