It’s like the movie Castaway but set in an alpine mountain range. Really good book and you get attached fast to the animals.I loved it.
Loved this book, and if you enjoyed it, you should watch the movie on Amazon.
It is not often that you encounter a book that you enjoy so much from so many different perspectives. The wall is a decidedly feminist dystopian tale that truly makes you think about what you need in order to be happy in life. If you enjoyed McCormick McCarthy‘s the road and you like feminist literature, this book is for you.
It's a strange book that I couldn't stop reading and it has really stuck with me.
When I chose to read this book, it was more for the possibility of finding out what the wall was. I love science fiction and thought it might be that kind of story. It was so much more. I couldn't put this book down! I loved so much about this story and the main character as well. Being an animal and nature lover, it really spoke to me, and I fell in love with all the animals. I feel a bit sad that it is over, and I may never find another book that touches me like this one has. I'm feel quite sure that I will reread this book over and over.
