LOVE and highly recommend this book.lots of great and easy recipes.
This book is great! I have made 2 recipes so far and they are both keepers. 1 was the glazed salmon and broccoli sheet pan dinner on page 136. Delicious! I added a can of chickpeas to the sheet pan and served it with rice. I forgot to serve it with the green onions which I purchased to go with it and it was still wonderful. The second thing I made was the Tuscan beans with vegetables on page 158. Ultimate comfort food. Another keeper. The book itself is beautiful. The photos are very nice. Not every recipe has a photo but quite a few do. Another nice feature is the binding. You can open the book to the recipe you want to prepare and it stays open.I highly recommend this book. Flavorful and easy! Next time and there will be a next time when I make something I will photograph it and update my review.
Love this cookbook! I would not call myself a great cook. I get overwhelmed with a lot of ingredients. This cookbook is so straightforward and simple. The meals are delicious, full of comfort meals, and make large portions. I cook for 2 people and we always have plenty of leftovers. I have not been stressed once cooking these meals.
This is a wonderful cookbook. I follow her on Instagram. Very simple but innovative
This is a wonderful book! I’ve only had it a few weeks and have already tried several recipes and purchased copies for my adult children. The best thing is that the author doesn’t use many ingredients that you don’t already have in your pantry or refrigerator. The Spicy Shrimp and Polenta recipe is worth the price of the book!
