Beneath The Marble

Addled with painkillers and alcohol, Victor Nash stumbles his way through a vigilante mission after his daughter disappears in the big city. With a negligent police force refusing to help, Victor is forced to take matters into his own hands or risk losing her forever.

After tragedy strikes the Nash family, rural farmer Victor and his Valedictorian, All-American daughter Emma drift away from one another and each begin their own descent into addiction-fueled grief. When Emma mysteriously goes missing in Minneapolis, the police show no interest in starting an investigation, so Victor rushes from North Dakota to Minneapolis in a desperate vigilante mission to find her before it's too late.

Alongside Emma's roommate, an exotic dancer, Victor scours the underbelly of Minneapolis for clues to his daughter's disappearance while battling his inner demons and addiction. As the hours tick away, he knows her chances of survival tick away as well. With no training or special skills, will Victor be able to save the last remaining flickers of light in his life, or will he find himself in over his head and facing more tragedy than one man should ever have to bear?
