This is a great story. I really enjoyed how the world building continues to grow and change. The new characters are very interesting. I really like Alder. My heart went through so much in this story with all the ups and downs and twists. This was one twisty ride. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
A good follow up to faebound which closes up some plotlines and leaves some to be investigated in book 3! Overall, a solid story; good for anyone just getting into fantasy.
I really enjoyed the second book even more than the first! Great world building, lots of angst and political intrigue. A great mix of love interests mm, ff & fm. I love how it combines the worlds of elves vs fae and humans. Looking forward to the conclusion.
Open door spice where consent and diversity is heavily featured. After the first book I was a bit disappointed when the second book switched to a POV we were less familiar with-but let me tell you still 5 out of 5 stars. While I was able to predict what happened a few times there were still some surprises. I love this series and can’t wait to read more. Love the inclusion of all the things and how this gets a TV show it soooo deserves it.
Dive into this intricate drama-fantasy world again, if you dare. New characters bring new challenges. Don’t get too attached to your characters though, as several heads roll in this latest installment. Looking forward to more to come.
