Good book for teens and adults
This book had much more Greek mythology than the first book. Their mission made the whole book such a quick read, I couldn't put it down.
Nicole and her group of “Elemental” friends find themselves on a few interesting quests that give us lots of action, exotic places, and interesting people. They’re one step closer to completing their quest and saving the world. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book.
Things get more tricky as more monsters break into our realm. The team manages to capture a siren who tells them what they need to know. The book of shadows sends them on a quest to get ingredients for a potion to send the monsters to limbo for a year. Nicole continues to fight her feelings for Blake and hide her black enery ability.I really enjoyed the nod to Hercules' trials and the Odyssy (sp?) A super fun story!
