My first Harlan Coben book, up until 3:30 AM to finish it. I had to know what was happening and I never once had a clue. Wow!!! Fortunately I bought a bunch of his books, anticipating my reaction to this first one, so I’ll be starting my second book today. A really great read!
It took me forever to finish the book, I was waiting to understand where this was going… finally, it was there, something totally implausible, that made no sense but here we are… Enough of this gentleman for me.
I think this is the 15th Coben novel I’ve read and my favorite so far. He’s a master at hooking you early and not letting you wriggle free, not that you’ll want to. Great characters. Twisty, turny plot. 5 stars all day long!
I actually read the second in the series first, not realizing that there was one that came before. This book is an absolute page turner, with an ending that will blow you away!!!
Coben is an incredible storyteller. Keeps his readers wanting to never put down the book, read just one more chapter. This book was so hard to put down and if you had to put it down for one reason or another whatever you hand read was in your head trying to discover what was going to happen next.Thoroughly enjoyed the book.
