Highly recommended

Why this book is awesome is he doesn't try to overcomplicate the process or recipes and the photos are great. You also get a feel for what BBQ cooking is all about.Even if you only read a couple recipes you'll walk away feeling like a brisket and sides is something you can make.

This cookbook was recommended to me by a coworker of mine, who described it as his favorite cookbook. He said that he loves the Author, as well. I bought it for my son-n-law’s Birthday. He has really gotten interested in different meat smoking techniques, and is always looking for recipes and ideas on ways to improve. He was very happy with this cookbook!
