This book was an emotional rollercoaster with crying and giggled. It was so good I 100% recommend!Cynthia Murphy did and amazing job. Well done and thank you for bringing me to tears multiple times with this book.

murder mystery- really enjoyed good for teens

I just finished this, and whilst I did enjoy it, I spent the first 3rd of the book confused as the first book came out years ago and I was trying to figure out how everything slotted in.I wasn't that surprised when we found out who the killer was, and I was disappointed in the MC's decision at the end. But it was still very good, and I liked revisiting that storyline again.

If you are looking for your next mystery read for this autumn, The story follows Chloe a student at Morton Academy. She finds a book long used as a murder blueprint. She tries to solve the mystery before she becomes the next target. I found this book hard to put down. This was an ARC from NetGalley. This had the potential to be an intriguing YA, secret society, murder mystery, but it got bogged down in execution. The who-dun-it was obvious from early on and the author still spent the majority of the book focused on the misdirection and plotline that ended up not having any impact.
