The characters and story line become either convoluted or a huge yawn -- especially Sophie, the main character. I was warned about the silliness of the teenage angst by someone else, and boy, does that surface in this draggy novel. Read about a 3rd of it and gave up. A shame because the whole world building was wonderful even if Sophie was a one-dimensional character. Not recommended.
I love this series! The mystery the suspension the drama!I would recommend this book to anyone!100/100Warning cliff hanger
I liked it, but it was sad at the end. I loved Keefe! I am excited to read the next book!
I hope Keefe does know what he's doing. Sophie lucky that bead could shown light through it. Fitz seemed so proud of himself when he was able to combine his mind with Sophie. But it does make me wonder if Fitz has a crush on her. I'm certain Keefe and Dex do.
I loved the story plot and how it keeps you reading. Messenger’s details are so amazing. It is impressive how I envision her story in my brain so clearly.
