Need to read !

This book is everything. I was hesitant on getting it but I’m so happy I did. The purpose for this speaks for itself in the title. Perfect for anyone going through the toughest of times in life. Absolutely life changing.

Good advice!

I have to admit, I had never heard of this author before though I am definitely not new to self help books! I guess I just read so many in my 30's to 60's that I haven't kept up. I did like this though and recommended it to family and friends. It is an easy listen and while it took me awhile to get accustomed to her voice, I did like the professional she interviewed and thought there was a lot there. Dealing with the present is really about all most of us want or have time for, not a replay of all past hurts and wounds. Keep it simple stupid is still a good theory and the Let them theory goes well with that advice!

THE BEST method ever!!!

THis is one of the very best self - improvement books ever. I lovepeters d. hearing the author read the book as it was much more enjoable to hear her voice and emotional input when reading. She made it so personal. I will be listening to chapters over and over in future months. An amaing experience that is enriching my life.

Try, why not

I really enjoyed this book. I mostly bought it for my girlfriend. We have been going through a lot of emotions over the death of our child. I honestly didn't finish the entire book. Lots of crying. Lots of epiphanies. Lots of self discovery.

Just get it!

Good book! It was recommended by a friend several times but it took me a while to want to read it. I was worried it would be another self help book, teaching people to be super selfish. But it wasn’t! I was very impressed with the writing and the teachings. I have purchased two more copies to give as gifts.
