The murderer is with us--on the train now . . .
Just after midnight, the famous Orient Express is stopped in its tracks by a snowdrift. By morning, the millionaire Samuel Edward Ratchett lies dead in his compartment, stabbed a dozen times, his door locked from the inside. Without a shred of doubt, one of his fellow passengers is the murderer.
Isolated by the storm, detective Hercule Poirot must find the killer among a dozen of the dead man's enemies, before the murderer decides to strike again.

The story is great- a total classic. This particular version though? Seemed like there were a lot of typos and errors and mistranslations that I donβt remember being in the paperback.
5 stars for the bookβs condition it arrived in, and 5 stars for the contents of the book!
This book is - no surprise - a wonderful mystery, well worth reading in spite of the fact that you've probably already seen one or more of the movie versions. Whoever or whatever edited the Kindle version (I doubt it was an actual human being) did a terrible job, making things very distracting for the reader.
Frustrating typographical errors made this book difficult to read. My suggestion is, just get the Audio book and listen instead.
Weβve watched the movies- the Poirot Mysteries, and reading the book is yet another whole version. Such a great story.
