Rules (for me) made relationships simpler, clearer, easier. Sometimes, I bent or disregarded some. I was aware, though, and consciously choosing.

I know about confidence creating and self-esteem building, too, how words and kindness matter, that standards and boundaries are support structures. There are empowering words that mattered here, and an invitation to value your happiness, trust who you are, create your own happy relationship rules, and have healthy boundaries. What's here made a positive difference.
