IT WAS THEIR CHANCE TO GET AWAY, NOT GO AWAY . . . FOREVER.
Stephanie and Jasmine have nothing and everything in common. The two women don't know each other but have boarded the same plane. Stephanie is on a business trip and Jasmine is fleeing an abusive relationship.
After a few days, they text their friends the same exact messages about the same man--soon, the messages become stranger and more erratic. And then the two women vanish. The texts go silent, red flags go up, and panic sets in.
When Stephanie and Jasmine are each declared missing and in danger, it begs the question: Who is Trent McCarthy? What did he do to these women--or what did they do to him?
Twist upon twist, layer upon layer, nothing is as it seems. The Business Trip takes you on a descent into the depths of a mastermind manipulator. But who is playing whom?

I was hooked for the first half of the book. The second half was just aweful.I dont want to spoil it for big mystery fans so I won't..... but seriously, dont waste your time.
It’s entertaining. It’s annoying. It’s unrealistic. However, I read it. It was messy as hell. If you read other reviews they reveal too much, imo, but read them if you want to. The book is an escape from reality! Don’t take it so seriously! Just move on to the next book if you don’t care for it.
Great writing and such an enjoyable read. A bit more violent than I was expecting but really worth the read.
The Business Trip lived up to expectation and surpassed it. Twists and turns left and right. Who is playing who? Read this book and you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for this author’s next thriller!
This book was entertaining and help my interest. I wasn’t invested in the characters but I did want to see where the story was going. I’m quick to DNF but it held my attention
