Every sweet thought he had about Jeanie gave me those little heart pings that make you fall harder for a character. He’s less grumpy than he first appears, and honestly? That made me love him even more. Shy, kind, and ready to settle down—Logan is definitely one of my new favorite book boyfriends.Jeanie, on the other hand, is an anxious mess—but in the most relatable way. I adored that she made the choice to leave behind her stressful job and build a new life in this charming small town. Her journey felt so cozy, funny, and authentic. Plus, the local book club? I wanted to be a part of it immediately.The town itself radiates Stars Hollow vibes—picturesque, quirky, and full of charm. The stakeout scene had me grinning, the animal names had me laughing, and the second mystery totally caught me by surprise. I love a cozy small town vibe. I really enjoyed Jeanie and Logan as characters, and a cozy cafe story is the perfect prep for autumn! The book was a little slow, and I wish Logan had been better at communication, but I overall enjoyed the story, the little bit of mystery, and of course, all of the characters. L:ooking forward to revisiting Dream Harbor in the next book.
