With bold ideas and rigorous evidence, Adam Grant investigates how we can embrace the joy of being wrong, harness the advantages of impostor syndrome, bring nuance into charged conversations, and build schools, workplaces, and communities of lifelong learners. Think Again reveals that we don't have to believe all our thoughts or internalize all our emotions. It's an invitation to let go of views that are no longer serving us well and prize mental flexibility, humility, and curiosity over consistency.

For real we all need to think again.

Read this book because of a work challenge loved this book because it's actually really really good. I have recommended to so many of my friends. To question what we think we already know is a bit scary but when we do opens so many more possibilities. This is one of those books for me that I will end up re reading every couple years so I can refresh. I highlighted my kindle book but I really may just need to purchase a hard copy so I can highlight and take notes.

This is the way to bridge gaps and find common ground.

Truly a most common sense approach to examining our patterns of thinking and communicating that can transform what's possible in all relationships - personal, professional, and business. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Good insights, a little repetitive

The books makes you think about how you think. I found myself β€œthinking again” about many things. I found the middle section of the book a little boring, like it was restating ideas already said in the beginning.
